We used Roy and his team to remodel our kitchen and are very pleased with the results of the remodel. Would 100% use them again for future work! The project was performed within the quoted budget, timeframe, and began/ended on time. The team was very clear and proactive with their communication and completed all of the commitments we discussed. They did an excellent job with dust control and cleanup as we were occupying the house during the remodel. The services that we had them perform were demolition, installation of a new title backsplash, installation of new quartz countertops, installation of a new sink / water filtration unit, onsite painting (multiple coats) of the existing cabinets, new cabinet hardware replacement, and cleanup. We had the best experience with Ronne and his team. They are friendly, professional and made sure everything  turned out exactly how we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. If you need a remodeling job look no further.  Roy and his team are AMAZING.  We had them remodel our kitchen, put in a new entertainment unit, update a powder room and install beautiful lighting too.  We lived out of state during the whole renovation. Roy is an excellent communicator.  He kept us up to date and sent photos.  Our unit that he remodeled was in an old building and very complicated.  He and his team were dedicated, patient and so talented. He had our project completed AHEAD of schedule.  Who ever hears of that these days?  Our neighbors commented that his team were professional. Roy is one of the most responsive contractor you will ever meet. We bought the condo end of Feb and urgently needed a contractor to help us with completely remodeling the project. The downtown high rise associations have many requirements and all the contractors recommended by the building are busy and don't return my calls. Even though I didn't know Roy before but upon an online inquiry he called me immediately and followed up diligently. Based on my almost 2 decades of working with people I like this characteristic of business follow through so I chose to trust him to handle the project the whole time while we were NOT physically in chicago to monitor the progress. The product delivered on time end of June and we moved in a beautiful renovated place! Roy's workers such as Junior are also super kind and helpful. We scheduled Premier Remodeling pursuant to receiving a very competitive bid to convert a Jack & Jill bathroom vanity area into an extra storage closet for my wife's summer clothes. Roy and NOY responded immediately and completed the job in 21/2 days! The quality of the work was impeccable! 
Both Greg and Eddie were meticulous in detail and the painting and shelving were precisely what my wife wanted!

Roy and the crew did a great job on our lower level renovation.  We had a long laundry list of things to be done: floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, painting, new doorways, HVAC changes, and more.  They were very responsive and stayed in constant contact so we always knew what was going on and what the next steps were.  They were upfront about the possibility of additional work when our walls were opened up, and (as we'd expected) there was some water damage remediation to be done which they quickly took care of.  They handled navigating the Skokie permits and inspections well without any hiccups.  The crew worked very clean, removing debris as it was created during the demo phase.

Roy and his team are incredible to work with! from the very first exchange, we we're impressed with Roy's knowledge and communication. Roy and his team recently redid our fireplace and under cabinet lighting, and we we couldn't be more thrilled with both the end result and the process. Roy was very easy to get ahold of, always happy to talk through things, and proactively offered us solutions that both better achieved our vision and saved us money in the long run. We recently had the pleasure of working with Ronne and his team for a master bathroom remodel, as well as some flooring changes in our home. It was a challenging project, as we were trying to navigate the redo from across the country. Ronne was extremely patient, honest, and professional throughout the entire process and maintained great communication with us the whole time. The end result was far better than we even anticipated and we absolutely love our new space. Would highly recommend to anyone!
